液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏对神经性皮炎患者5-HT、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响

Effects of Liquid Nitrogen Cryotherapy Combined with Clobetasol Propionate Compound Ointment on the Levels of 5-HT IL-6 and IL-8 in Patients with Neurodermatitis

目的 探究液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏对神经性皮炎患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)5-HT、IL-6、IL-8水平的影响.方法 选取扬州市江都人民医院2016年8月至2019年3月门诊就诊的神经性皮炎患者80例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例.对照组给予复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,观察组给予液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗,周期为4周.对比2组临床疗效、5-HT、IL-6、IL-8水平及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后观察组总有效率97.50%高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05).与治疗前比,治疗后2组血清5-HT、IL-6、IL-8水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗期间观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率分别为20.00%、17.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 液氮冷冻联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏可显著降低神经性皮炎患者5-HT、IL-6、IL-8水平,提升临床疗效,安全性较好.

Objective To explore the effect of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with clobetasol propionate ointment on the levels of 5-HT,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients with neurodermatitis.Methods From August 2016 to March 2019,80 outpatients with neurodermatitis were selected from Jiangdu people's Hospital of Yangzhou city.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given compound clobetasol propionate ointment,and the observation group was given liquid nitrogen freezing combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment.The cycle was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,5-HT,IL-6,IL-8 levels and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum 5-HT,IL-6,IL-8 water in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 20.00%and 17.50%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Liquid nitrogen cryotherapy combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment can significantly reduce the levels of 5-HT,IL-6 and IL-8,improve the clinical efficacy of hypertrophic neurodermatitis patients,and has good security.
