重组人干扰素ɑ-1b雾化对病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿TNF-α、IL-6的影响

Effect of Nebulization of Recombinant Human Interferonɑ-1b on TNF-α,IL-6 in Children with Viral Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的 研究重组人干扰素ɑ-1b雾化对病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素(IL-6)的影响.方法 回顾性分析梁河县人民医院2018年2月至2019年3月收治的病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿94例,按照治疗方法 的不同分为常规组(47例)、试验组(47例),常规组使用利巴韦林治疗,试验组使用重组人干扰素ɑ-1b雾化治疗,均治疗7?d.结果 试验组的临床总有效率为97.87%,高于常规组的87.23%;与常规组相比,试验组的咳嗽、发热、卡他症状消失时间均明显缩短;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均降低,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05).结论 重组人干扰素ɑ-1b雾化治疗可通过抑制炎症反应缓解病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,缩短症状缓解时间.

Objective To study the effect of nebulization of recombinant human interferonɑ-1b on TNF-α,IL-6 in children with viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Lianghe county people's hospital were retrospectively analyzed in February 2018 to March 2019 treated 94 cases of children viral upper respiratory tract infection,according to the divided into conventional treatment group(n=47),experimental group(47 cases),regular use ribavirin therapy group,experimental group using recombinant interferonɑ-1 b atomization treatment,treatment for 7 d.Results The total clinical effective rate of the test group was 97.87%,which was higher than 87.23%of the routine group.Compared with the routine group,the cough,fever,and catarrhal symptoms disappeared in the test group;compared with before treatment,after treatment,serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP decreased in the two groups,and the test group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonɑ-1b nebulization treatment can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with viral upper respiratory tract infection by suppressing the inflammatory response and shorten the time for symptom relief.
