人工智能法学人才的培养模式

The Cultivation Model of Legal Talents with Artificial Intelligence Skills

随着神经网络和深度学习算法的突破、计算能力的大幅提升以及数据的极大丰富,人工智能的研发应用再次出现新高潮。人工智能的发展带来了与权利主体、责任主体、监管主体相关的一系列法律问题,也对个人权利保护提出了新挑战。它还可能导致就业结构的变化,甚至改变社会秩序,由此形成新的社会关系、新的权利义务格局,对整个法律体系产生深远的影响。回应法律面临的问题,需要坚强的人才支撑,需要培养复合型的人工智能法学人才。人工智能法学人才不仅要有法律功底,通晓人工智能技术,还要具备将这两种知识融会贯通、解决人工智能相关法律问题的能力。要实现这一目标,需要从课程设置、教材撰写、教学实施等方面来推进。

With the breakthrough of neural network and deep learning algorithm,the improvement of computing power and the abundance of data,the research and application of artificial intelligence has reached a new climax.The development of artificial intelligence brings about a series of relevant legal problems about subject of right,responsibility and supervision.Meanwhile,it poses new challenges to the protections of individual rights.Furthermore,it probably leads to the change of employment structure,or even the social order,on the basis of which a new social relationship comes into being.While the new pattern of rights and obligations exerts a far-reaching impact on the entire legal system.To respond to the challenges the law facing,we need to obtain solid talents support and develop the compound talents mastering law and AI.The talents should not only have the knowledge of law and artificial intelligence,but also have the ability to solve legal problems that relate with artificial intelligence.In order to achieve this goal,we need to set new courses,write new textbook and change teaching method.
