摘要
本文以协商治理为视角,通过还原多元行动者在"高教结构调整"政策议题上的治理参与活动,展现了这一教育政策议程设置中的政策审议。借此揭示协商治理作为教育决策新范式的价值意义,并为政策议程优化、教育治理现代化推进提供启示。
From the perspective of deliberative governance,through returning the governance participation of the multi-actor on the“high education structure adjustment”policy issues,this paper shows the policy deliberation in this educational policy agenda setting.Thereby reveals the value of deliberative governance as new paradigm for education policy,and provides enlightenment for optimizing the policy agenda and promoting the modernization of education.
