建立符合哲学社会科学标准的学术评价规范

Establishing the Academic Evaluation Norm in Accordance with the Standards of Philosophy and Social Sciences

自20世纪90年代有关学术规范的大讨论开展以来,经由政府指导与学界自发形成了现有的学术评价规范体系。但它在实际适用过程中出现了过于侧重量化的评价标准、忽视哲学社会科学与自然科学之间的差异等问题。为弥补现有学术评价规范的不足,应强调定性的评价规范如同行评议所发挥的作用,从而形成多元化的、更符合哲学社会科学性质的学术评价规范。

Since the great discussion on academic norms in the 1990s,the existing academic evaluation norm system has been formed spontaneously with the help of government guidance and academic circles.However,during the practical application process,there are some problems,such as too much emphasis on quantitative evaluation standards and neglect of the differences between philosophy and social sciences and natural sciences.In order to make up the deficiency of existing academic evaluation norms,it is significant to emphasize the role of qualitative evaluation norms like peer review so as to form diversified academic evaluation norms that are more in line with nature of philosophy and social sciences.
