摘要 研究生导师制是高层次人才培养的基本制度,它直接关系研究生教育质量。在我国研究生培养机制改革过程中,研究生导师责权关系出现了多重冲突,各方的评论见仁见智,成为一个法哲学问题。研究生导师责权冲突有着深刻的社会根源,现时期我国研究生教育中师生的矛盾,源于国外先进制度和中国传统文化的矛盾,源于当代社会变迁与研究生培养机制改革的不协调,源于研究生导师责权关系的不清晰。深度观察和多角度探讨研究生教育的师生关系,冷静地分析和明确导师和研究生的责权边界,有助于促进研究生教育的科学发展。 The tutorial system of graduate student is the basic system for high-level talents cultivation,and directly related to the quality of graduate education.In the process of graduate cultivation mechanism reform in China,there are multiple conflicts about the responsibility and power relationship of graduate tutors.The opinions of all parties are different,which has become a legal philosophical problem.There are profound social roots in the conflict about the responsibilities and powers of graduate tutors.The contradiction between tutors and students in the current graduate education in China stems from the contradiction between the advanced foreign system and the traditional Chinese culture,from the incongruity between the contemporary social changes and the reform of graduate training mechanism,and from the unclear responsibility and power relationship of graduate tutors.It is helpful for the scientific development of graduate education to observe the relationship between teachers and students in depth and explore the relationship from multiple perspectives,and to analyze and clarify the responsibility and power boundary between tutors and graduate students calmly.
