基于微信的PBL和TBL教学法在眼科见习教学中的应用

Application of PBL and TBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in probation teaching of ophthalmology

目的探讨微信联合PBL、TBL教学方式在眼科见习教学中的应用和效果。方法将40名临床医学专业五年制本科生随机分成两组,对照组采用传统教学方式,实验组采用微信联合PBL、TBL教学方式,综合考试成绩和改进的李克特五点量表法教学效果评价量表,评价微信联合PBL、TBL教学方式的应用效果。结果实验组客观性评价和主观性评价的指标均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微信联合PBL、TBL教学方式用于眼科见习教学,不仅能够提高学生对理论知识的掌握,还能够激发学生对眼科知识的学习兴趣,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of PBL and TBL teaching method based on We-Chat platform in probation teaching of ophthalmology. Methods 40 students(majoring in five-year clinical medicine) were divided into the experimental group(20 students educated with PBL and TBL teaching method based on WeChat platform) and the control group(20 students taught with classical teaching) randomly. The applying effect of the PBL and TBL teaching method ba-sed on WeChat platform was evaluated by comprehensive examination results as well as improved Likert five point scale. Results Both objective and subjective evaluation indexes of the experi-mental group were higher than those of the control group. Statistical significance(P<0.05) ex-ists between the two groups. Conclusion The application of PBL and TBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in probation teaching of ophthalmology can not only improve student’s un-derstanding of the knowledge, but also stimulate their learning interest in ophthalmic knowledge. It is worth promoting and applying.
