摘要 在医学院校,预防医学专业普遍存在学生专业思想不稳定、入校后转专业人数较多等问题。立德树人是新时代高校的主要任务,专业思想教育在专业人才培养过程中起着至关重要的作用。文章阐述了全员、全过程、全方位育人(简称"三全育人")理念,探讨了如何以"三全育人"为导向开展预防医学专业本科生的思想教育实践,并对具体的教学改革措施、成效及未来发展方向进行了深入分析,为高校开展专业思想教育提供了借鉴经验。 In medical colleges and universities, it is a very common phenomenon that stu-dents majoring in preventive medicine have unstable specialty ideology and many of them want to change their major. It is the main task of colleges and universities to cultivate students by virtue in the new era, and specialty ideological education plays a vital role in the training of professional talents. This paper elaborates "three-integrity" education concept combining all students, the who-le process as well as comprehensiveness, discusses how to carry out ideological education practice for students preventive medical students based on "three integrity" education concept, and makes profound analysis of the detailed teaching reform measures, effects and developing direction in the future, so that references will be provided for colleges to launch specialty ideological education.
