摘要
催化剂一直是化学工程研究的热点。本文介绍了一种在化学工业中较少见到的催化剂——规整催化剂,其在压降、传热、传质及反应特性上都要优于传统颗粒催化剂。由于孔道规则的结构特点,数值模拟是研究规整催化剂“三传一反”特性不可或缺的方法,本文对国内外研究规整催化剂的数值模拟方法与内容做了总结,以期为后续规整催化剂的研究提供参考。
Catalyst was always the focus of chemical engineering research.In this paper,a kind of catalyst,regular catalyst,which was rarely seen in the chemical industry,was studied.It was superior to the traditional granular catalyst in pressure drop,heat transfer,mass transfer and reaction characteristics.Due to the structural characteristics of regular pore,numerical simulation was an indispensable method to study its“momentum transfer,heat transfer and mass transfer and reaction”characteristics.This paper summarized the numerical simulation methods and contents of domestic and foreign research on regular catalyst in order to provide reference for the study of regularization catalysts in the future.
