补中益气汤加味治疗Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎病理疗效及对AQP3、AQP4的影响

Clinical Study on Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang for Hp-positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Its Effect on AQP3 and AQP4

目的:观察补中益气汤加味联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效以及对水通道蛋白3(AQP3)、水通道蛋白4(AQP4)水平的影响。方法:将CAG患者86例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。2组给予四联疗法,连续治疗2周。对照组给予多潘立酮片连续治疗3个月。治疗组在对照组基础上给予补中益气汤加味连续治疗3个月。比较2组胃镜及病理活检评分、临床疗效以及血清AQP3和AQP4水平。结果:治疗后,2组胃镜下征象、病理评分下降(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后胃镜下征象、病理评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.02%,对照组为74.42%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.181,P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清AQP3、AQP4水平升高(P<0.01);且治疗组治疗后血清AQP3、AQP4水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补中益气汤加味联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性CAG可改善胃黏膜的病理变化,提高疗效,且可上调血清AQP3、AQP4水平。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with quadruple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp)-positive chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its effect of levels of Aquaporin 3(AQP3)and Aquaporin 4(AQP4).Methods:A total of 86 patients with CAG were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with quadruple therapy for two weeks.The control group was additionally treated with domperidone tablets for three months;the treatment group was additionally treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi tang for three months based on the treatment of the control group.The scores of gastroscopy and pathological biopsy,clinical effect,and levels of AQP3 and AQP4 in serum in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the signs and pathological scores in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01);the above two levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate was93.02%in the treatment group and 74.42%in the control group,the difference being significant(χ2=4.181,P<0.05).After treatment,levels of AQP3 and AQP4 in serum in the two groups were increased(P<0.01);the above two levels in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of modified Buzhong Yiqi tang combined with quadruple therapy for Hp-positive CAG can significantly improve the pathological changes of gastric mucosa and the therapeutic effect,and up-regulate levels of AQP3 and AQP4 in serum.
