益气振心汤联合盐酸普罗帕酮片治疗老年冠心病室性早搏临床研究

Clinical Study on Yiqi Zhenxin Tang Combined with Propafenone Hydrochloride Tablets for Senile Coronary Heart Disease with Ventricular Premature Contractions

目的:观察益气振心汤联合盐酸普罗帕酮片(心律平)对老年冠心病室性早搏患者的药物疗效及临床应用效果。方法:选取50例老年冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组患者口服常规剂量的心律平;观察组在对照组基础上加服益气振心汤。连续治疗6周后,评价益气振心汤联合心律平对老年冠心病室性早搏的影响及疗效。结果:观察组心电图疗效总有效率为88.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组症状指数无明显区别(P>0.05)。接受6周治疗后,2组气短、心悸、胸闷症状指数均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组症状指数降低更为明显(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组不良反应发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:益气振心汤联合心律平治疗老年冠心病室性早搏能够减少不良反应发生率,减轻室性早搏常见临床症状,提高患者生存质量,增强药物疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Zhenxin tang combined with propafenone hydrochloride tablets(propafenone)for patients with ventricular premature contractions in senile coronary heart disease.Methods:Divided 50 cases of patients with ventricular premature contractions in senile coronary heart disease into the control group and the observation group randomly,25 cases in each group.The control group received the oral administration of propafenone in routine dose,while the observation group additionally received the oral administration of Yiqi Zhenxin tang.After 6 weeks of continuous treatment,evaluated the effect of Yiqi Zhenxin tang combined with propafenone on senile coronary heart disease with ventricular premature contractions and its therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rate of electrocardiogram was88.00%in the observation group,being higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was92.00%in the observation group,being higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in symptom indexes of two groups(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the symptom indexes of short breath,palpitation and chest distress were all declined,difference being significant(P<0.05);comparing with the control group,the symptom indexes of the observation group were declined more obviously(P<0.05).Comparing with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Yiqi Zhenxin tang combined with propafenone for coronary heart disease with ventricular premature contractions can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,relive common clinical symptoms of ventricular premature contractions,improve the life quality and enhance the medicine effect.
