固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮、维生素E治疗早期先兆流产临床研究

Clinical Study on Gushen Antai Pills Combined with Progesterone and Vitamin E for Early Threatened Abortion

目的:观察固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮、维生素E治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效及对患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)的影响。方法:将105例早期先兆流产孕妇随机分为治疗组55例与对照组50例,对照组给予黄体酮、维生素E治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用固肾安胎丸治疗,疗程均为14 d;观察比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后症状(小腹疼痛、阴道流血、腰酸胀痛、两膝酸软)积分及血清β-HCG、P水平变化。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.73%,对照组为76.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者小腹疼痛、阴道流血、腰酸胀痛、两膝酸软等症状积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各项积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清β-HCG、P水平较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05),且治疗组血清β-HCG、P水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮、维生素E治疗早期先兆流产疗效显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,提高血清β-HCG、P水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gushen Antai pills combined with progesterone and vitamin E for early threatened abortion and its effect on serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and progestogen(P)of patients.Methods:A total of 105 cases of pregnant women with early threatened abortion were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,55 and 50 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with progesterone and vitamin E,and the treatment group was additionally given Gushen Antai pills based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect,and the changes of the symptomscores including lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,soreness and distending pain in the waist and lassitude in two knees and the levels of serumβ-HCG and P before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.73%in the treatment group and 76.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores including lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,soreness and distending pain in the waist and lassitude in two knees were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serumβ-HCG and P in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Gushen Antai pills combined with progesterone and vitamin E has evident curative effect in the treatment of early threatened abortion,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the serum levels of serumβ-HCG and P.
