中药穴位贴敷对儿童反复呼吸道感染的护理研究

Nursing Research on Point Application with Chinese Herbal Medicine for Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷用于儿童反复呼吸道感染的护理效果。方法:将反复呼吸道感染患儿126例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组63例采用对症治疗配合常规护理,观察组63例在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷配合综合护理。对比2组治疗及护理前后免疫球蛋白水平;2组症状体征消失时间、1年内反复感染次数以及患儿家属护理满意度。结果:2组干预前IgA、IgM、IgG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组IgA、IgM、IgG水平较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组呼吸道症状消失时间、体温降至正常时间、肺部听诊正常时间较对照组缩短,1年内反复感染次数也较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度为95.24%,对照组为76.19%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷配合综合护理用于儿童反复呼吸道感染中的效果明显,可提高免疫功能,缩短症状体征消失时间,减少1年内反复感染次数,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of point application with Chinese herbal medicine for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 126 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.In the control group,63 cases were treated with symptomatic treatment combined with routine nursing,while in the observation group,63 cases were treated with point application with Chinese herbal medicine combined with comprehensive nursing based on the treatment of the control group.The immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment and nursing,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,frequency of repeated infection within one year,and nursing satisfaction of the children’s family were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the comparisons of the level of IgA,IgM and IgG between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the disappearance time of respiratory symptoms,the time of body temperature falling to normal,the time of lung auscultation back to normal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the number of repeated infections within one year was also lower,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 95.24%in the observation group and 76.19%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application with Chinese herbal medicine combined with comprehensive nursing has significant therapeutic effect in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,which can improve the immune function,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms and signs,reduce the number of repeated infections within one year,and improve nursing satisfaction.
