The impact of liquor production areas,raw materials,fermentation vessels,processes,etc.on liquor quality was analyzed,and the scientific characteristics of intrinsic quality of good liquor were revealed.Therefore,the culture beauty of"a graceful picture of good liquor"was manifested.
