摘要
饮料厂和啤酒厂的生产以及灌装的复杂程度在逐渐增加。随之而来的,人们对可靠的、尽量快速的微生物检测方法的需求程度也在加强,啤酒厂实验室对此义不容辞。在此前提下,Warsteiner酿酒集团的中心实验室将一种新的借助MALDI-TOF(基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱)的检测方法与长久以来已经存在的PCR检测法进行了一个对比。
The complexity of production and bottling in beverage factories and breweries is increasing.As a result,the demand for reliable and fast microbiological detection methods has also increased which is unshirkable duty for laboratory in brewery.Under this premise,a new detection method using MALDI-TOF MS(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry)was compared with a long-standing PCR detection method by the central laboratory in Warsteiner Brewing Group.
