摘要
可规模化建造的房屋建筑目前仍然采用设计与建造分离的传统粗放开发模式,信息化支持程度低。基于这种房建类型"微设计"、"多决策"和"重建造"的工程特点,在已有BIM理论和技术基础上,尝试进一步拓展,形成一种以数据联动和设计建造一体化思想为核心的BIM载体技术。经初步探索和项目实践表明,该种方法技术可以辅助解决规模化房建类型的设计和建造一体化决策问题。
Buildings that can be built on a large scale still use the traditional extensive development model that separates design and construction,with low level of information support.Based on the engineering characteristics of this type of building construction:"micro-design","multi-decision"and"construction-focused",on the basis of the existing BIM theory and technology,try to expand further,and form a BIM carrier technology that emphasizes the idea of data linkage and integration of design and construction.Preliminary exploration and project practice show that this method and technology can help solve the design and construction decision-making problem of large-scale housing construction types.
