自发性与计划性——后城市化背景下荆州历史街区微空间活化策略研究

Spontaneity and Planned——Research on Activation Strategy of Micro-space in Jingzhou Historic Block

历史街区是一座城市重要的物质与精神文化载体,它孕育了城市丰厚的文化底蕴与内涵。然而,随着当前我国城市建设逐步转型进入精细化的内涵式增长时期,即"后城市化"时期,历史街区的更新与发展由于种种原因逐步滞后,空间环境也渐渐衰败没落。面对此种现象,本文以历史文化名城荆州历史街区为例,从其小尺度的微公共空间入手,通过研究其中"自发性"的更新改造行为,以期探索出适宜其更新发展的"计划性"活化策略方式,进而为当前历史街区的保护与更新提供些许参考与思路。

Historical block is an important carrier of material and spiritual culture of a city,which breeds rich cultural connotation and connotation of the city.However,with the gradual transformation of China’s urban construction into the intensive growth stage,that is,the post urbanization stage,the renewal and development of historical blocks are gradually lagging behind due to various reasons,and the spatial environment is also gradually declining.In the face of this phenomenon,this paper takes Jinzhou Historical District,a famous historical and cultural city,as an example,starting with its small-scale micro public space,through studying its"spontaneous"renewal and transformation behavior,in order to explore a"planned"activation strategy mode suitable for its renewal and development,and to provide some reference and ideas for the protection and renewal of the current historical district.
