摘要
本文回顾了西高村宅基地演变的历史过程,总结了自建国以来五个发展阶段的宅基地增长及农房建设的特征及影响因素。在此基础上分析了西高村宅基地的现实问题并探讨了农民宅基地退出意愿及退出政策。
This paper reviews the historical evolution of the homestead at Xigao Village and summarizes the characteristics of homestead growth and farmhouse construction in five development stages since the founding of PRC and its influencing factors.On this basis,the real problems of the homestead are analyzed and the farmers’will to withdraw from the homestead and the policies are discussed.
