新时代职业教育对外开放探析

摘要 从“一带一路”沿线国家的人才需求视角出发,分析职业教育对外开放的政策基础,阐述职业教育对外开放的现实基础,如教学资源、人才培养模式和我国职教体系等,提炼出我国职业教育对外开放的时代特征,即培养对象和培养标准国际化、培养单位国际化、资源建设国际化、“引入”与“输出”并存趋势,认为新时代职业教育应统筹区域分工,全面摸清“一带一路”人才需求市场;统筹优势资源,形成职业教育“拳头”产品群,多路发力。 From the perspective of the talent needs of countries along the"Belt and Road",this paper analyzes the policy foundation and the current situation of the opening up of China's vocational education,such as the teaching resources,talent training models,and China's vocational education system.The characteristics of the opening up of vocational education in the new era are concluded as the internationalization of training objects and standards,the internationalization of trainers,the internationalization of resource construction,and the coexistence of"introduction"and"output".The paper proposes that,in the new era,we should coordinate regional division of labor,comprehensively identify the demand of the"Belt and Road"talent market,and coordinate advantageous resources to form a"fist"product group for vocational education.
