基于DEA-BCC方法的高职院校知识产权投入产出效率研究——以顺德职业技术学院为例

The Input-output Efficiency of Intellectual Property in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the DEA-BCC Method——A Case Study of Shunde Polytechnic

科研投入产出效率是指投入的科研资源与产出的科研成果之比,是科研活动效果的衡量标准,对高职院校而言,知识产权投入产出效率是衡量一所学校科研活动效益的标志之一。运用DEA-BCC方法,以顺德职业技术学院2008~2017年科研投入和滞后一期专利授权量和转化金额为研究对象,探讨提高高职院校知识产权投入产出效率的措施。

As a measure of the effect of scientific research activities,the input-output efficiency refers to the ratio of the invested resources to the results of scientific research.For higher educational institution,the efficiency of input and output of intellectual property is a measure of the effectiveness of its scientific research activities.With the DEA-BCC method,taking the scientific research input of Shunde Polytechnic from 2008 to 2017 and the patent grant amount and conversion amount of the first phase as the research object,this paper discusses the measures to improve the efficiency of input and output of intellectual property in higher educational colleges.
