摘要
目的:探究心理分级护理对高危妊娠产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:将86例高危妊娠产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用心理分级护理模式,比较2组产妇分娩结局和护理满意度。结果:观察组发生胎儿窘迫2例,新生儿窒息1例,围生儿死亡0例;对照组发生胎儿窘迫8例,新生儿窒息7例,围生儿死亡5例,观察组分娩结局明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度(93.60±3.63)高于对照组(87.88±7.89)。结论:心理分级管理应用于高危妊娠产妇效果较好,有利于改善分娩结局,提高护理满意度。
[Objective]To study the effect of grading psychological nursing care on inwomen with high risk pregnancy.[Method]A total of 86 high-risk pregnant women were randomly divided into controlgroup and observation group with 43 cases in each group.Routine health education were applied to control group,and the observation group was given grading psychological nursing care.Delivery outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.[Result]There were2 cases of fetal distress,1case of neonatal asphyxia and 0 case of perinatal death in observation group.While,there were 8 cases offetal distress,7 cases of neonatal asphyxia and 5 cases of perinatal death in control group.Thedelivery outcome in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of observation group(93.60±3.63)was significantly higher than that of control group(87.88±7.89).[Conclusion]Grading psychological nursing care has a positive effect on the high risk pregnancy patients and can improve the outcome of childbirth and nursing satisfaction.
