From Ordinary People to Model Workers:Shaping of Model Workers——Take the Taihang Base Area as an Example(1945-1947)

劳动模范对中国革命来说是一个催化剂,其在中国共产党创立到新中国成立的征程中发挥了无可替代的作用。抗日战争结束后,随着国内外形势的发展,国共达成了《双十协定》,但其中不可调和的矛盾也决定了内战的发生。内战爆发后,为了保卫根据地和革命胜利果实,中国共产党领导并开展了大生产运动和杀敌运动。中国共产党从普通人里发现积极分子,参照选举标准培养他们,并通过逐层选举后产生劳模。中国共产党通过群英会、报纸、文艺作品等载体宣传劳模,使其尽可能地被普通人接受。普通人经过培育成为劳模,给他们的生活带来了很多变化,但塑造劳模的过程还面临着实践的考验。多数劳模起到了带头作用,然而也有一些劳模因个人堕落和受到基层干部以及宣传方式的影响,产生了负面的变化。从塑造劳模的微观过程中也可以看出中共革命的胜利之道。

The model worker was an accelerator for the Chinese revolution,and played an irreplaceable role in the process from the founding of the Communist Party of China to the founding of New China.After the end of the Anti-Japanese War,with the development of domestic and foreign situations,the Kuomintang and the Communist Party reached the Double Ten Agreement,but the irreconcilable contradictions also determined the occurrence of the civil war.After the outbreak of the civil war,in order to defend the base areas and the fruits of the victory of the revolution,the Communist Party of China led and launched a mass production movement and killing-enemy movement.The Communist Party of China found activists from ordinary people,trained them according to the election standards,and elected model workers by layer.The Communist Party of China propagandizes the model workers through the media such as the conference of outstanding workers,newspapers and literary works,so that they can be accepted by ordinary people as much as possible.Ordinary people have been trained to be model workers,which has brought many changes to their lives,but the process of shaping model workers still faced the test of practice.Most of model workers took the lead.However,some of them also made negative changes due to personal degradation and the influence of grassroots cadres and propaganda methods.From the microcosmic process of molding model workers,we can also see the victory way of the Communist Party of China in revolution.
