本文结合我们团队和同行专家的研究,介绍了电动车高压线束的下线剥头、压接方式、电磁屏蔽、高压线束防护、橡胶件及固定卡扣等设计制造技术。高压线束的设计制造各个环节都以提高高压线束的安全性为目的,同时,要通过屏蔽防止高压线束对电器件的信号干扰。

The cable cutting,peel out insulating layer,crimping,electromagnetic shielding,safeguard,rubber parts,and fixing clip of the designing and fabricating high-voltage harness are introduced depending on the research results of our group and the other experts.The high-voltage safety is most important during all the process.And the high-voltage harness is prevented from interfering the electric device signal by the designing the electromagnetic shielding.
