汽车用导线现状及发展前景

Current Situation and Development Prospects of Automotive Wires

线束组成了一辆汽车的神经网络,也是汽车行业在未来实现新四化目标的一个重要载体。同时导线作为线束最重要的一个组成部分,导线的现状和发展也可以一定程度上反映出线束或者汽车的整体发展形势。本文从传统单芯导线绝缘层及导体两个方面对导线现状进行分析,对超细导线的发展现状及其可替代性进行阐述。同时结合汽车当前的发展形势对高压线、铝导线及车载以太网线束的应用及发展做简单分析。

Wire harness constitutes a vehicle's neural network,and is also an important carrier for the future realization of the goal of four modernization in the automotive industry.As the most important part of wire harness,the current situation and development of wire can also reflect the development of wire harness or automobile in a certain extent.In this paper,the current situation of wire is expound from two aspects:the insulating layer and conductor of the traditional single-core conductor.The development and substitutability of ultra-fine conductors is demonstrated.At the same time,the development of high voltage wire,aluminum wire and on-board Ethernet are analyzed in combination with the new goal of automobile.
