摘要
金柑是我国特有的果树资源,具有重要的经济价值。金柑含有丰富的多酚类物质,目前对金柑多酚种类的研究较多,然而不同溶剂对金柑多酚提取效果的对比研究较少。因此,首先利用超声辅助提取法提取金柑多酚,得到甲醇粗提物浸膏,然后采用不同极性的有机溶剂(正丁醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、异戊醇)进行萃取,对每个提取部位的总多酚、总黄酮及抗氧化活性进行测定。结果表明,正丁醇相的萃取效果最好,其总多酚和总黄酮含量分别达到4.128 mg/g和2.073 mg/g。而效果最差的是石油醚相,其总多酚和总黄酮含量分别为0.421 mg/g和0.206 mg/g。此外,正丁醇萃取的金柑多酚抗氧化活性也最好。研究为金柑多酚的利用提供重要的参考价值。
Kumquat is a unique fruit resource in China,which has important economic value.Kumquat is rich in polyphenols,but there is no comparative study on the extraction efficiency of Kumquat polyphenols with different solvents.Therefore,in this study,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to extract kumquat polyphenols,and methanol extract was obtained.Then,different polar organic solvents(n-butanol,petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,isoamyl alcohol)were used to extract and the total polyphenols,total flavonoids and antioxidant activity of each part were determined.The results showed that the extraction efficiency of n-butanol phase was the best.The contents of total polyphenols and total flavonoids were 4.128 mg/g and 2.073 mg/g,respectively.The petroleum ether phase had the worst extraction effect.The contents of total polyphenols and flavones were 0.421 mg/g and 0.206 mg/g,respectively.In addition,the antioxidant activity of n-butanol extraction was also the best.This study provided important reference information for the future utilization of polyphenols in kumquat.
