摘要
阐述现代学徒制与工匠精神的关系,分析当前形势下高职食品营养与检测专业工匠型人才培养模式现状,从创造工匠精神氛围、明确企业指导内容、变革考核方式、加强多方合作等方面对学徒制背景下工匠人才培养模式提出建议。
The article expounded the relationship between modern apprenticeship and the spirit of craftsmen,analyzed the current situation of the training model of craftsman-type talents in the food nutrition and testing specialty of higher vocational education.Suggestions for creating a spirit of craftsmanship,clarifying the content of corporate guidance,reforming assessment methods,and strengthening multi-party cooperation were proposed.
