浅谈“现代食品微生物学”实验教学存在的问题及对策 被引量:3

摘要 “现代食品微生物学”实验课程是“食品微生物学”课程的重要组成部分,在提高学生实践能力、培养学生的科研意识与创新精神等方面有着举足轻重的作用。因此,必须与时俱进,紧跟时代变革的步伐,更新教学观念,对实验教学体系进行改革与完善。对传统实验教学中存在的问题、实验改革具体措施、实验改革取得的成效等进行了总结,可为“现代微生物学”实验教学提供借鉴和思考,对培养具有实践性、创新性、高质量食品专业人才具有重要意义。 The experimental course of Modern Food Microbiology,being an important component in Food Microbiology,plays an important role in improving students'practical ability,cultivating students'scientific research consciousness and innovative spirit.Therefore,we must keep pace with the changes of the times,renew teaching concepts,and reform and improve the experimental teaching system.In this paper,the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching were analyzed.Subsequently,the reform measures of experimental were explored.And the effects after the teaching reform were summarized.This paper could provide some scientific basis for the experimental teaching of Modem Food Microbiology,and be of great significance for training high-quality food professionals with practical and innovative abilities.
