摘要
介绍了我国食品科学与工程专业课程现状,针对目前食品科学与工程专业发展中所面临的问题,以南京财经大学为例,介绍了构建“多元个性化”分层教学实践体系的意义与措施,为食品科学与工程专业相关院校专业实践教学体系的发展提供参考借鉴。
In this study,the present status of food science and engineering in our country were introduced.In order to solve the problems for the development of food science and engineering at present,taken Nanjing University of Finance and Economics was as an example,we introduced the significance and measures of constructing the multi-level individualized teaching practice system.The suggestions would be provided for teaching system development of food science and engineering in relative universities.
