摘要
人才培养模式的确定和发展对提升人才培养质量至关重要。通过介绍基于工程教育专业认证背景下的产出导向教育(OBE)人才培养模式的特点和重要性,综合OBE人才培养模式在食品科学与工程专业中的实施与应用,旨在为培养社会需求的现代食品工程师提供新的思路和参考。
The determination and development of talent training mode is of great importance to improve the quality of talent training.Based on this,this paper introduced the characteristics and importance of outcomes-based education(OBE)personnel training mode oriented by engineering education certification,and synthesized the implementation and application of OBE personnel training mode in food science and engineering,aimed to provide new ideas and references for training modern food engineer with social needs.
