摘要 OECD组织将财经素养测评纳入PISA测试中,旨在考察青少年的财经知识水平、财经行为能力。俄罗斯于2012年参加了首次PISA财经素养调查,并从国家层面到地方层面都以不同形式开展了提高公民财经素养的实践活动。这些实践经验为我国开展全民财经素养教育提供良好借鉴。
