基于人民满意视角的湖北高职院校发展差异研究

Study on Developmental Differences Hubei Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of People's Satisfaction

基于人民满意视角设计的高职院校办学数据,显示出湖北高职院校在办学和发展过程中,办学定位、产教融合、社会服务、校园文化建设以及后勤保障等方面存在发展差异。通过分析,不难发现,问题在于缺乏科学导向的评价系统、专业对接产业不够紧密、产教融合不深、社会服务能力较弱、内部治理和保障能力不够。要坚持“人民满意”的办学方向,优化质量评价体系,坚持立足湖北办学,增强服务发展能力,完善内部治理体系,激发学校办学活力,全面深化产教融合,增强社会服务能力。还应强化内涵建设成效,增强学校办学特色。

Based on the design data of people's satisfaction,it is quite clear that there exist some developmental differences in college-running orientation,production integration,social services,campus culture construction,and logistics aspects in Hubei's vocational colleges.Then,the paper tries to find out the main reasons.Finally,it also tries to suggest some countermeasure for insist on running people's satisfaction education,making evaluation-system optimization,enhancing service level,and enhancing the prominence of vocational colleges features.
