基于校企联合培养的高职电气专业课程改革——以“工厂供配电技术”为例

Curriculum Reform of Electrical Specialty in Higher Vocational Education--Based on College-Enterprise Joint Training

高职课程改革是提升高职教育质量的关键,是促进教师专业水准的重要方式。而校企联合培养是有效促进高职教育课程改革的高效模式,也是深化高职教育改革的主要路径。以国家高职教育改革政策为导向,以高职电气专业人才培养为基础,借助企业资源,实施校企联合培养的高职电气专业课程改革的模式,明确课程改革意义,探索课程改革的实施方案。以“工厂供配电技术”课程为例,从课程标准改进、课程设计、教学实施和评价方法等方面进行具体的课程改革实践,取得了良好效果,为高职课程改革提供改革方向。

It is certain that higher vocational curriculum reform is the key to improve the quality of education.Similarly,it is an important way to promote teachers'professional level.It is well-known that college-enterprise joint training is an efficient model to enhance curriculum reform and deepen the reform of higher vocational education.Therefore,the paper tries to put forward a model of curriculum reform in higher vocational education.On the other hand,the significance of curriculum reform is clarified.Meanwhile,the implementation scheme of curriculum reform is explored.Finally,the paper takes the course of power supply and distribution in factory as an example,and illustrates the improvement of curriculum standard,curriculum design,teaching implementation and evaluation method in practical teaching process.
