经过长期努力,中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,这是我国发展新的历史方位。新时代、新征程呼唤成人高等教育要有新作为、新进展,随着高等教育的普及化发展,成人高等教育的功能定位发生深刻变化,已由之前的学历补偿教育转变为终身学习“立交桥”的重要组成部分。本文从成人高等教育发展的意义出发,通过对其现实困境的分析,提出了新时代背景下成人高等教育发展的实践路径。

It is true that after long-term efforts,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development.In the new era,the new journey calls for the adult higher education to have new act and new progress.With the popularization development of higher education,it is sure that the functional orientation of adult higher education has changed deeply.Based on the significance of adult higher education development,the paper tries to put forward the practical path of adult higher education development.
