中国成人教育“走出去”面临的时代机遇与主要挑战

Study on Opportunities and Challenges Faced by China's Adult Education's"Go Global"

随着“一带一路”的深入推进,中国成人教育也面临着如何“走出去”的历史机遇与时代挑战。由于缺少对改革开放四十年自身发展经验及改革成效的总结和提炼,使得当前成人教育走出去信心不足、行动不力。为了适应国际化发展需要,成人教育必须克服国际化办学经验不足、境外合作办学体制不全、走出去办学的能力要素不够等短板,通过对发展经验和成就的全面梳理、国际化交流平台和资源的建设、自身能力要素的提升,借道“一带一路”、借力海外教育资源,形成中国特色成人教育品牌。

It is evident that with the deepening of"The Belt and Road",Chinese adult education is also facing the historical opportunity and challenge of how to"go global".It seems that due to lack of summarizing experience of reform and opening up,adult education is difficult to go out.In order to meet the needs of international development,adult education must overcome the shortcomings such as inexperienced education internationalization,incomplete foreign cooperation in running schools system,and poor ability to go global.Through combing experience and achievements,it is necessary to construct international communication platform and resources,improve the capacity and create adult education brand with Chinese characteristics.
