乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法选择2016年5月至2018年1月我院收治的支气管肺炎患儿112例,按随机数表法分为两组,各56例。对照组给予头孢唑肟治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予乳糖酸阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、炎性因子水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗1w后,研究组总有效率(92.86%)高于对照组(73.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1w后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1w期间,研究组不良反应发生率(10.71%)与对照组(7.14%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳糖酸阿奇霉素联合头孢唑肟治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有显著的疗效,可有效降低患儿炎症反应,且未增加不良反应。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of azithromycin lactate combined with cefazoxime in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods 112 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number table,56 cases each.The control group was treated with cefazoxime and the research group was treated with azithromycin lactate on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(92.86%)of the study group was higher than that of the control group(73.21%)after one week of treatment(P<0.05).After one week of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the birth rate(10.71%)between the two groups(7.14%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin lactate combined with cefazoxime is effective in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia in children,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction in children without increasing adverse reactions.
