心理诱导联合耳穴按摩对10岁以下突发性耳聋患儿心理应激反应及听力恢复的影响

Effect of psychological induction combined with auricular acupoint massage on psychological stress response and hearing recovery in children with sudden deafness under 10 years old

目的探讨心理诱导联合耳穴按摩对10岁以下突发性耳聋患儿心理应激反应及听力恢复的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将64例年龄<10岁的突发性耳聋患儿分为观察组(32例37耳)和对照组(32例36耳),对照组在药物治疗的同时给予常规护理,观察组给予心理诱导联合耳穴按摩护理,共实施2周。比较两组患儿护理前后心理应激水平、气导听阈值及疗效。结果护理前两组患儿Spence儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组SCAS得分为(21.58±2.43)分,低于对照组(37.94±3.78)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.181,P=0.019)。护理前两组患儿气导听阈值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组气导听阈值为(24.17±1.73)dBHL,低于对照组(35.31±1.92)dBHL,差异有统计学意义(t=3.792,P=0.023)。观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,高于对照组78.13%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.277,P=0.027)。结论心理诱导联合耳穴按摩可有效降低10岁以下突发性耳聋患儿心理应激程度,提高听力功能康复水平及疗效。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological induction combined with auricular acupoint massage on psychological stress response and hearing recovery in children with sudden deafness under 10 years old.Methods Sixtyfour children with sudden deafness<10 years old were divided into observation group(32 cases of 37 ears)and control group(32 cases of 36 ears)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing at the same time as drug treatment.The observation group was given psychological induction combined with auricular massage treatment for 2 weeks.The psychological stress level,air conduction threshold and efficacy were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of Spence Children's Anxiety Scale(SCAS)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After nursing,the SCAS score of the observation group was(21.58±2.43)points,which was lower than that of the control group(37.94±3.78).The difference was statistically significant(t=4.181,P=0.019).There was no significant difference in the air conduction threshold between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The air conduction threshold of the observation group was(24.17±1.73)dBHL,which was lower than that of the control group(35.31±1.92)dBHL.Statistical significance(t=3.792,P=0.023).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.13%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=5.277,P=0.027).Conclusion Psychological induction combined with auricular acupoint massage can effectively reduce the psychological stress level of children with sudden deafness under 10 years old,and improve the level of rehabilitation and efficacy of hearing function.
