农业科研单位综合试验示范基地供电体系建设的实践与思考——以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例

Practice and Thinking on Construction of Power Supply System in Agricultural Scientific Research and Experimental Base,Taking Liuhe Animal Science Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

随着乡村振兴战略的实施和城市化的快速发展,越来越多的农业科研单位在城市周边新建农业综合试验示范基地.综合试验示范基地涉及的供电类型复杂,原有供电体系已难适应包括办公、农田、农业设施、畜牧场、农业机械、工程工地等的新需求.文章以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例,阐述了基地供电系统的基本情况,分析了存在的问题,并从供电体系规划布局、电力工程施工、专业团队建设、电力档案管理等方面提出了加强基地供电体系建设的建议.

With the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and rapid development of urbanization,more and more agricultural research institutes have built new agricultural comprehensive demonstration bases around the city.The comprehensive demonstration base involves complex types of electricity demand,including offices,farmland,agricultural facilities,livestock farms,agricultural machinery,engineering sites and so on.Taking the Liuhe Animal Science Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,basic situation of power supply system in bases was elaborated and problems analyzed in the paper.Suggestions for strengthening construction of power supply system in bases were put forward from three aspects,such as the layout of the power supply system,the management of the power file and the construction of the professional team.
