Analysis on the Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas in the New Era

在《城市居住区规划设计标准》(新修订)实施初始之际,梳理新时期城市居住区规划面临的政策背景和发展趋势,提出将居住区作为城市基础单元进行规划,在规划中充分重视其在景观风貌、公共服务、社会治理和绿色生态方面的作用,以期为新时期城市居住区规划设计提供思路和方法。

The new revised edition of“Code of Planning and Design of Urban Residential Areas”has been implemented.In this paper,by sorting out the policy background and development trend of the planning thought of residential areas in the new period,it is proposed that residential areas should be taken as the basic unit of urban planning,and its role in landscape,public service,social governance and green ecology should be fully valued in the planning.This paper hopes to provide ideas and methods for the planning and design of urban residential areas in the new era.
