村镇绿色住宅工业化实现路径研究

Research on the Industrialization Realization Path of Green Housing in Villages and Towns

我国村镇传统住宅建设方式现场湿作业多、建设周期长、资源浪费严重、受力性能差、也不符合人们日益增长的舒适性要求,因此,有必要采用工业化技术手段来提高村镇住宅的建造品质。本文从村镇绿色住宅工业化基本概念入手,提出实现村镇住宅工业化的重要途径是建造低层装配式建筑,分析了适合村镇的典型低层装配式结构体系,旨在指导工程实践,为相关研究提供参考。

The traditional residential construction methods in villages and towns have many wet operations,long construction period,serious waste of resources and poor mechanical performance,which cannot meet the growing comfort requirements of people.Therefore,it is necessary to use industrial technology to improve the construction quality of villages and towns.Starting from the basic concept of the industrialization of green housing in towns and villages,this paper puts forward that the important way to realize the industrialization of housing in towns and villages is to build low-rise prefabricated buildings,and analyzes the typical low-rise prefabricated structure system suitable for villages and towns,aiming to guide the engineering practice and provide reference for relevant research.
