摘要
首先描述了军机上射频传感器的现状,介绍了综合射频收发机三种实施方案及其优缺点和应用,其次针对各种不同实施方案存在的缺点给出了改进措施,最后给出了未来综合射频前端的发展趋势及努力方向。
Firstly,the status quo of radio frequency sensors on military aircraft is described.Three implementation schemes of integrated radio frequency transceiver and their advantages and disadvantages and application are introduced,and then improvement measures are given according to the shortcomings of different implementations.Finally,the development trend and direction of future integrated radio frequency front-end are given.
