在协同创新视角下,我国优质高职院校研究高水平师资队伍建设路径,有利于增强学校师资力量,满足高职院校在新时期的革新发展需求。高职院校基于协同创新建设高水平师资队伍,需要结合协同创新的内涵与特征,分析师资建设的意义,在此基础上,深入剖析高职院校师资建设问题,以问题为突破点,实施加强区域联盟、强化教师培训、构建学术共同体与完善制度体系等策略,实现高水平师资队伍的有效建设,提升高职院校协同创新实力。

From the perspective of collaborative innovation,the research on the construction of high-level teaching staff in high-quality vocational colleges in China is conducive to strengthening the teachers ability to meet the needs of higher vocational colleges in the new era.Based on collaborative innovation,in order to build high-level teaching staff,higher vocational colleges need to analyze the significance of teaching staff construction combining the connotation and characteristics of collaborative innovation.On this basis,it is necessary to deeply analyze the problems of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges,with the problem as a breakthrough point,and implement the strategies such as strengthening regional alliance,strengthening teacher training,building an academic community and perfecting the institutional system,so as to achieve effective construction of high-level teaching staff and improve the collaborative innovation strength of higher vocational colleges.
