试论研学导师在课程开发和实施中应具备的素养、能力及方法 被引量:1

摘要 研学导师在研学旅行中的作用不可替代。研学导师应该具备必要的礼仪素养、美学素养、人文素养、科学素养,还要具备讲解能力、知识链接能力、沟通能力、观察能力、管理能力。研学导师在研学旅行活动课程实施前要研读并理解活动课程目标、把握研学旅行的教育资源、熟记研学旅行的活动行程、深入理解过程及结果评价量表。在活动课程实施中,要掌握各种引导方法,如创设情景法、设置悬念法、类比法、任务导向法、虚实结合法等,并尽可能运用多种方法促成研学旅行活动中学生探究欲望的不断迭起、探究行为的持续深入。 Study tutors play an irreplaceable role in study travel.Study tutors should have the necessary etiquette literacy,aesthetic literacy,humanistic literacy,scientific literacy,as well as the ability of explanation,knowledge linking,communication,observation and management.Study tutors should study and understand the objectives of the activity curriculum,be familiar with the educational resources,memorize the activity itinerary of the study travel,and understand the process and result evaluation scale in depth before the implementation of the study travel activity curriculum.In the implementation of the activity curriculum,study tutors should grasp various guiding methods,such as creating scenarios,setting suspense,analogy,task-oriented,combination of virtual and real,and use various methods as many as possible to promote the continuous rise of students inquiry desire and to deepen students inquiry behavior continuously.
