Cultivating“craftsman spirit”conforms to the development of the times and meets the needs of all walks of life in our country at this stage.In the education industry,in order to realize the transformation from“a big educational country”to“a strong educational country”,educators also need to cultivate“craftsman spirit”.By analyzing the embodiment and importance of“craftsman spirit”of political teachers in middle schools in the new era,this paper explores its cultivation path in order to promote the“craftsman spirit”of political teachers in middle schools in the new era and provide continuous power for China s education.
