高压静电油烟净化器设计

摘要 设计了一款以STM32单片机为主控制器,以半桥逆变器为主电路的高压静电发生装置,装置还包括电源电路、电压检测电路、过流保护电路、MOS管驱动电路.在功率变压器设计上,加入辅助绕组,通过辅助绕组隔离反馈变压器高压侧电压值,通过改变半桥逆变电路工作频率实现高压侧电压PI闭环调节,设计了通过死区时间控制的系统软起程序以及过流保护打嗝控制. A high voltage static electricity generating device with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main controller and half bridge inverter as the main circuit is designed.The device also includes power circuit,voltage detection circuit,over-current protection circuit and MOS tube driving circuit.In the design of the power transformer,the auxiliary winding is added,the voltage value of the high voltage side of the transformer is fed back through the isolation of the auxiliary winding,the PI closed-loop regulation of the high voltage side voltage is realized hy changing the working frequency of the half bridge inverter circuit,the system soft start program controlled by the dead time and the belch control of the overourrent protection are designed.
