打印机芯轴加工方式研究

摘要 铝管的质量决定打印机的性能,铝管若选用磨削的加工工艺,虽然精度较高,但同心度较差,压入销轴后,铝管跳动偏大,质量不够稳定。若改用车削的加工工艺,普通的卡盘和尾座定位精度较低,达不到技术要求。若选用液压系统控制的卡盘和尾座,虽能解决上述问题,但液压卡盘的卡爪不能直接夹持铝管。可设计一种顶杆,采用两端顶压的方式固定铝管,为保证顶杆与液压卡盘的同心度,通常采用液压软爪先夹持一圆柱,然后镗削软爪内侧面,使其达到夹持面的尺寸,而后取出圆柱,再空镗夹持圆柱体的部分,使其尺寸大于夹持面尺寸,最后安装轴套对轴5进行车削。此方法可大幅度提高轴的同心度。文章主要研究了打印机芯轴的加工方式。 The quality of the aluminum tube determines the performance of the printer.As to the processing technology of the aluminum tube,although the grinding method can bring high precision,it can also result in poor concentricity.After being pressed into the hinge pin,the aluminum tube jumps so hard that the quality will not be stable enough.In addition,the method of turning also cannot meet the technical requirements because of its ordinary chuck and low positioning accuracy of tailstock.Although the chuck and tailstock controlled by the hydraulic system can be used to solve the above problems,the jaws of the hydraulic chuck cannot directly hold the aluminum tube.Therefore,an ejector pin can be designed to fix the aluminum tube by pressing at both ends.In order to ensure the concentricity of the ejector pin and the hydraulic chuck,the hydraulic soft claw is usually used to hold a cylinder first,and then boring the inner side of the soft claw so as to reach the size of the clamping surface.Then,the cylinder is taken out and portion of it is clamped by empty boring,so that the size of it can be larger than that of the clamping surface.Finally,the sleeve is mounted to turning mandrel 5.This method can greatly improve the concentricity of the mandrel.
