摘要
目的分析对接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者采用右美托咪定进行辅助治疗的应用价值以及不良反应情况。方法选取北京红十字会急诊抢救中心2018年12月-2019年7月所收治的50例接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者作为本次研究对象进行回顾性分析,每组各25例采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,将观察组25例接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者予以右美托咪定进行辅助治疗,对照组25例接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者予以罗哌卡因进行治疗,比较在两种不同治疗方法下,其血流动力学变化、不良反应发生率以及患者满意度情况。结果观察组患者的血浆Cor、TNF-a、ET值均明显比对照组低,且在正常值范围(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组患者的总满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者采用右美托咪定进行辅助治疗,不仅可以有效改善接受臂丛阻滞的冠心病患者的临床效果,减少或避免患者不良反应的发生,还可以提高患者的满意度,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the application value and adverse reactions of dexmedetomidine in the adjuvant treatment for brachial plexus block in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Reviewing the data of 50 cases coronary heart disease patients treated by the brachial plexus block who enrolled in the Beijing Red Cross Emergency Rescue Center during December 2018 to July 2019.By randomly,patients were divided into the observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was conducted with dexmedetomidine for auxiliary treatment of brachial plexus block while the control group patients were treated with ropivacaine,then comparing the hemodynamic changes,the incidence of adverse reactions and the patients satisfaction under above two different treatments.Results The plasma levels of Cor,TNF-a and ET in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and were in the standard range(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also dramatically lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can not only effectively improve the clinical effect of brachial plexus block in patients with coronary heart disease,reduce or avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions,but also improve the satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
