老年高血压性脑梗死行常压氧和高压氧联合治疗对患者血液流变学指标、疗效及预后的影响

Effect of Combined Therapy of Normobaric Oxygen and Hyperbaric Oxygen on Hemorheology Indexes,Curative Effect and Prognostic in Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Infarction

目的探究老年高血压性脑梗死行常压氧和高压氧联合治疗对患者血液流变学指标、疗效及预后的影响。方法选取2016年5月-2017年5月新郑市公立人民医院收治的86例老年高血压性脑梗死患者临床资料进行分析,将行高压氧单独治疗者作为对照组(43例),行常压氧与高压氧联合治疗者作为研究组(43例),比较两组血液流变学指标、临床疗效及日常生活能力评分。结果研究组治疗后低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度等血液流变学指标水平均较对照组优(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率与对照组相比较高(P<0.05);随访3个月后,研究组平地行走、洗澡等日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压性脑梗死患者经常压氧与高压氧联合治疗后,可有效改善血液流变学情况,提高疗效,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effects of combination therapy of normobaric oxygen and hyperbaric oxygen on hemorheology indexes,curative effect and prognostic in elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction.Methods 86 elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction admitted to Xinzheng Public People's Hospital between May 2016 and May 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients who had received hyperbaric oxygen only were taken as the control group(n=43)and those treated with combined therapy of normobaric oxygen and hyperbaric oxygen as the study group(n=43).The scores on hemodynamic indexes,clinical effects and avtivities of daily living in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of hemodynamic indexes including low shear blood viscosity and high shear blood viscosity in the study group were shown to be better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of follow-up,the scores of activities of daily living such as walking on flat ground and bathing in the study group were shown to be higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of normobaric oxygen and hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the hemorheology,the curative effect and the prognosis in elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction.
