葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effects of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on Diabetic Patients

目的探究采用中药葛根芩连汤治疗糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法于郑州人民医院接受治疗的糖尿病患者中随机抽取80例作为此次研究对象,按治疗方式的不同对其进行分组,其中,采用西药治疗的40例患者为对照组,在此基础上采用葛根芩连汤治疗的40例患者则为实验组,对两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标及不良反应发生率进行统计比较。结果治疗后两组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均比治疗前有所改善,但实验组的改善效果明显优于对照组,其不良反应发生率也低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采用葛根芩连汤治疗能够有效降低其血糖,并减少不良反应情况的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating diabetic patients.Methods 80 patients with diabetic admitted to Zhengzhou people’s Hospital were randomly selected as the subjects of this study and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with gegenqinlian decoction on that basic.The blood glucose index and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two group before and after treatment were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2h postpraneural blood glucose and hba1c of the two groups were improved after treatment,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Besides,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian decoction can effectively reduce blood glucose and the occurrence of adverse reactions in diabetic patients.
