摘要
目的分析多层螺旋CT与三维重建影像技术在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的运用。方法选择郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院于2018年3月-2019年8月收治的81例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,以影像学检查方法为分组依据,分为对照组(40例)、CT组(41例)。给予对照组常规X线检查,CT组实施多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像技术检查。观察两组诊断准确率、骨折分型诊断结果及影像学表现。结果CT组诊断准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);CT组骨折分型诊断准确性高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同胫骨平台骨折分型的CT影像学表现各异。结论胫骨平台骨折诊断中,多层螺旋CT及三维重建影像技术可精确显示患者的胫骨平台、关节面受损状况,为胫骨平台骨折分型提供准确支持。
Objective To analyze the application of multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of tibial plateau fractures.Methods 81 patients with tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.The imaging examinations were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the CT group(41 cases).The control group was given routine X-ray examination,and the CT group was performed with multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction imaging technique examination.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the diagnostic accuracy of fracture classification of CT group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The CT imaging manifestations of different types of tibial plateau fractures are different.Conclusion In the diagnosis of tibial plateau fracture,multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction imaging technology can accurately display the damage of tibial plateau and articular surface,and provide accurate support for the classification of tibial plateau fracture.
