摘要
目的分析体育锻炼对更年期妇女心率变异性和骨代谢的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年8月在该院住院且坚持进行体育锻炼的更年期妇女65例为观察组,同期不参加体育锻炼的更年期妇女65例为对照组,比较两组妇女骨代谢指标、心率变应性指标、激素水平和骨密度的差异。结果观察组妇女血清Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(β-CTX)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组妇女连续24 h内正常RR间期的标准差(SDNN)、每5 min正常RR间期标准差的平均值(SDANN)、相邻正常RR间期差的均方根(rMSSD)、相邻RR间期差值超过50 ms的心搏数占总心搏数的百分比(PNN50)、总频带0~0.50 Hz(TP)值均高于对照组,低频带与高频带的比值(LF/HF)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组妇女血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T),卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组妇女骨密度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期进行体育锻炼有利于更年期妇女改善自主神经功能和骨代谢状况,增加骨密度。
Objective To analyze the effect of physical exercise on heart rate variability and bone metabolism in menopausal women.Methods From February 2018 to August 2019,65 menopausal women insisting on physical exercise were selected from People's Hospital of Beilun District as observation group,65 menopausal women without regular physical exercise were selected as control group.Bone metabolism indexes,heart rate variability indexes,the levels of hormones,and the values of bone mineral density in the two groups were compared.Results The levels of serum PINP,β-CTX,and BGP in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).SDNN,SDANN,rMSSD,PNN50,and TP in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group,LF/HF in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the levels of serum estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Bone mineral density in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term physical exercise can improve autonomic nervous function and bone metabolism,increase bone mineral density of menopausal women.
